Need to get fit.....desperately. A friend of mine has suggested Bodybalance - has anyone got any experience of a Bodybalance class? Is it OK for a 40-something mum of 2 who hasn't done any exercise apart from the school run! Bit unsure as I've not done a class for 5 years or so and the last time I went, I tore a calf muscle - and it put me off somewhat.
