ideas for baby bedroom please.

I am at a loss as to think about the theme for my new baby's nursery. I am wanting to stay neutral (although 90% girl) just in case they got it wrong.

DD1 had a lemon walled nursery with Winnie the Pooh theme but I am at a total loss this time. I want something bright - so nothing pale like cream/brown/beige etc.

what about a jungle animal theme, vertbaudet have some lovely stuff will try top do a link

helsi i was just going to suggest the yellow/lemon paper and winnie pooh stick arounds curtains etc but you have already done that one with your dd1, i done that too with my dd and I am currently taking done the winnie pooh stuff and replacing them with girlie pinks

in my babas bedroom is mostly farm animals and she loves it esp when she wakes up in the morning and say MMMOOOOOO!!! (her walls are sugar pink and sugar lilac colour)

I like the jungle idea - don't have much spare cash to spend so verbaudet might be out. Like the idea though.

thanks biglips - am wanting to stay clear of girls room theme though just in case but like the farm idea. could do that with neutral or pale green walls though

helsi - there's two that I found, a mothercare jungle one (not sure if it's cheaper than vert or not and babies r us do a patchwork one which is lovely - it's currently in the sale the bedding sert is £35 i'll see if I can link, hold on.

what about multi-colored ballooons painted on walls
and a sky and clouds theme too

as on the curtains is cartoon-ist pictures as there is a cow family with the 2 little ones and pig family... all in either their overalls or pinny etc..... mum bought the material and made the curtains, bumper and nappy and acessories holder on side of her cot

animals piccys from IKEA (they were v. v. hard to find!!)
