OK so my fault that i can't remember my password but the password reminder asked me for the name of my best friend!
And when I got that wrong (I have some very very good friends but I thought best friends were for children 
then it wanted to know my favourite food! At the moment it's mackerel but when i completely the form it was obviously commenting completely different.
How silly. Website manufacturers take note please. Questions with factual answers only in future.
