nationwide is, until 12ish....but thats a biluding society.

Alot have branch locators on websites with the opening hours. Most of ours are but only until lunchtime.

some are.... it depends on the specific branch

many are only open until 12, but SOME in big towns etc are open all day, where as others are closed all day
