We are Mac users, using iChat - no problem chatting with other iChat users.
Have been trying for a couple of days to get connected with a PC user who has a AIM account.
Whilst we can do an ordinary text chat, we can't seem to get connected on video - says it's connecting and chat is starting and then either - chat ended because there was no response (if they call us), or - XXX has left the video chat if we call them.
Any ideas please?
