From getting up at 8am to getting up at 6.45am.

Cold turkey, or gradual? I've got just under 2 weeks.

Eek.

I would go for gradual. I'm assuming you are going back to work? If so there will be enough to adjust to as it is, without feeling too tired as well!!

My trick is to leave your bedroom curtains open, it will be easier to crawl out of bed, and the mornigs are getting lighter now.

Set your alarm for 15 minutes less each day.

Would be far too much of a shock to my system to do cold turkey. But then this is a girl who needs 19 hours sleep a day.
