Please can someone recommend a free spyware site????

My pc is soooo slow and I know it's down to spyware.

we've got "Zone Alarm" and "AVG free free edition." If you google them you'll find the websites.

Try ANONYMIZER for spyware - think some of it is free. I have bought a package too, and it was very cheap.

I use AVG FREE EDITION for anti-virus.

ZONE ALARM does block spyware, yes.

get adaware and spybot from download.com
