URGENT - Anonymous Valentines Day email Cards

I wondered if anyone knows whether there is a TOTALLY anonymous way of sending an email card to someone tomorrow. My good friend is really keen on this guy she works with and wants to send him a valentine email card , but it MUST be anonymous. They are both single, but we are really not sure that he is remotely interested in her, so she doesn't want any embarrasment!!

set up a new email account for it, she could put anyones name down

what, do you mean with something like hotmail? Thanks, thats a good idea. Do you know any good 'email card' co.s?
