I was in London at the weekend and I heard my brother sing a lullaby to his DS ... brought a lump to my throat aaawwww!
Our Dad used to sing it to us when we were tiny and I would love to get a copy of it for DB for Christmas.... The words ( If I can remember ) go a bit like this ......

Loola - Loola - Loola - Loola Bye Bye
D'you want the stars to play with
Or the moon to run away with ..
Daddy will get them if you don't cry

That's as far as I remember
I'd sooo appreciate your help

Where on earth does that come from !!.... Thankfully my Dad missed out the verse with the drunk swaying on the train .... chorus looks OK though !!
You ARE good to google it for me
Have you any idea where I could get it on tape / CD just to make sure ....
THANKS Twiglett

Think you might find your answer here - and possibly the answer to why it was deleted too!

twiglett had all her messages deleted a while back because of an issue. what she said on this thread isn't the reason.

thanks ever so much for giving me the link, its a beautiful lullaby - luckily it was only the chorus which was sung !
