We bought an item yesterday on the basis of the info in the catalogue but when we got it home discovered the description didn't correspond to the manufacturer's one on the box. dh has returned it as misdescribed today but they have merely logged it as "damaged" on their system (choice of damaged or faulty apparently) , so have doubts as to whether the real reason (and the fact that they are potentially breaking the law) will be communicated any further.
Have tried to email from their website but get an error when trying to send it, so does anyone have the actual email address I can use please ?
