My dd1 is hitting puberty (any tips)

My dd1 is all hormonal, the last couple of months she has a real attitude towards me and the dh. Anyone been through this before, its first time 4 me. Any tips would be appreciated. Thanx

No tips I'm afraid but just wondered how old she is?

Mine too, I truly don't think I will make it to her next birthday without cracking up!
I have tried ignoring her, being sarcastic, and (of course) being very patient, but nothing works. The worst of it is, I can remember what it was like when you feel that the whole world is against you. She is only 11 but quite tall for her age and on the plump side, so she is going through the whole nothing fits me stage, it takes ages to take up trouser legs, etc. Will watch this thread with interest.
