ICE on mobile phones

friend told me that emergency services are now recommending that we put an entry into our mobile phones under ICE In Case of Emergency so that they contact nearest and dearest if they need to, thought this was a great idea, maybe I'm a bit slow off the mark here and you know about it already, if you don't thought I'd share it with you

I already have it on mine. They also recommend that you choose approx 3 numbers and listthem in preference
ie. mum mobile ice1 dad mobile ice2 etc.
