how do i post a picture in profiles

i know its beexplained but i cant find any threads on the search thingy
so pls link for me

open a new link on profiles and there's a bit at the top that says 'click here to include a picture'

click the browse button and navigate to where your pictures are stored (must be 100k or less)

and if bigger than 100k how do i reduce?

hermykne, do you have photoshop?
If so then the simplest thing is to crop just her face to show us. Otherwise go to picture size and minimise according to required measurments.
