Teddy Bear Hospital

Does anyone know of a good teddy-bear hospital in or near London that does on-the-spot repairs? In the past I've taken my bears to Pinocchio in Teddington where a marvelous 'surgeon' could do most repairs on the same day, but apparently she's moved to Cornwall and bears now have to be posted to her, so, quite apart from the unthinkableness of entrusting such a precious thing to the post, the repair would take at least 3 weeks.

Thanks, some possibles here.

I think that one of his problems is that he's had too much Calpol! DS twiddles his bear in his sleep, and we've all had manky horrible colds recently, and the poor bear has had more twiddles than I think he can cope with...the soles of his 'feet' are getting quite threadbare.

The ridiculous thing is that, when ds became attached to this bear, I rushed out to buy another the same 'just in case'. Now, of course, I'll probably have to get them both repaired so that they'll still look the same!

Why didn't he just get attached to a muslin, life would have been so much simpler?
