friend thinks i am odd because

i sleep with the landing light on and the bedroom door wide open.
dh hates it too
what do you do?

i have to drink for a certain cup too, and drink a glass of wine from a certain wine glass (i hate some wine glasses my friends have).
i have to sleep in complete silence and in complete darkness too, otherwise i wont sleep at all (im not joking).

I need it to be dark.

I hate alarm clocks with the green light because they are too bright. I need a red one.

Also we got new phones and they have an orange light on them and I have moved it over to the other side of the bed as the orange light is too bright at night.

am a pitch black girl too although dd1 likes to have landing light on with door slightly open!

No lights (unless I've got myself paraletic then I don't notice).

Bra and Knickers on.

No socks.

two pillows and one cushion.

Pillows have to be flat on bed.

Fussy, moi?

like silence and darkness, dp snores terribly and it dives me up the wall. he used to sleep with the telly glaring out before he met me, soon put a stop to that business.

I just asked dp if I am like Monica and in between struggling to keep a straight face he managed to convey that if he ever met anyone more like Phoebe, it had slipped his mind

I don't even know who any of these people are but he is sniggering now.

we usually have the downstairs hall light on but we now have the landing light on for dd's benefit. when dh is away I have the landing light on too

Oh, no, FaZ, Phoebe is lovely! She's the only one on that show who actually seems like someone you'd want to know.

Anyway, it turns out nearly everyone has freaky OCD-style weirdnesses, so you're not alone.

and while we're on the subject I might as well confess to sleeping with a teddy

well my DP actually calls me Monica he was laughing tonight as Monica was arranging Rachel's daughters teddies in height size and that is something I would do.

My Monica-isms include:

• 2 pillows on bed at right angles to each other
• curtains must be completely drawn over hate chinks of light shining through
• no ticking clocks anywhere
• have nightlight on only because 12 day old DD in our room and I like to see her always.

oh theres loads I could be here all night

pitch black but with radio 4 on... can't sleep without it!

Oh, bedroom has to be very cold. Fan on in summer.
