Any tips for starting lottery syndicate ?

Does anyone have tips about ideal no. of members, strategy for which lottery to choose( Uk or EuroMillions or both, depending on jackpot), suggested minimum stake , potential pitfalls etc?

We downloaded an agreement from the interweb and then everyone set up a DD to the banker (me). Then I set it all up on line. Everyone picked a row of numbers and they are on continuos payment/draw with the national lottery website. I get a notification if we win and make sure I transfer the money into the account we set up for winnings. We are all (8 of us_ pretty close - met at NCT classes. So far winnings have paid for 6 years worth of village hall/bouncy castle party food hire for our Christmas children's party. As to lettery strategies - we just do 8 tickets a week on th eSat. draw...not reallly hit the jackpot so no good advice there.
