tamagotchi traumas - can you help

dd's beloved tamagotchi seems to have "died". She normally leaves it on pause but I think she must have forgotten because when we got in today all she can get is the time and the name and birthweight...

I have no idea what it's supposed to do - she set it up with a friend and has since lost the instructions - but promised her I'd ask you guys...

can't you make it start over again by pressing both buttons?

have you got the secret codes?

Let me know if you want them and I'll look them up (have written them on the back of a scrap of paper somewhere at the bottom of a pile!). You can use them to go to the shop when you have a certain amount of money to buy things like magic potion, wigs, dressing up outfit.

ok I've got the codes for the shop...there are other codes you use when they've died to get more points but I can't find that piece of paper (ours are all out of battery)!

The 3 buttons are labelled A, B, C (left to right on the tama)

To get to the shop keeper, go to the shop and then press A a few times in quick succession and the shopkeeper will put his hands up

ABCCABCC-potion
ACBBACAB-sexy body potion (I think)

They all cost money (can't remember how much) but it will tell you when you try and press them. I think (from memory) the cake is the cheapest at 400p and the steak is 800p - some of the others are 1200p. I can't check the cost as ours are all knackered!

Dh confiscated a tamagotchi yesterday. When he gave it back at the end of the day it had poohed!!!!
