does the front of the top shrinks abit as mine doesnt but his does. i check on the label whether they need reshaping OR all they all need reshaping regardless????

Do they have logos on the front, it could be them that are shrinking.

I presume you've checked the label for washing/tumble drying temperature? It will also depend on what material they're made with - different materials wash differently.
