Misdee and I have just got back from the pictures, first time Misdee has been out for ages. Anyway, all through the film, 4 teenagers were chatting loudly. Misdee went and complained to the staff twice and they still carried on chatting. We spent a lot of money on 4 tickets, popcorn, drinks, icecream and sweets, and it was spoilt because they wouldn't shut up... So do we complain to UCI???

Yes I would complain.

I complained to cineworld, about something totally trivial (they wouldnt let my ds have a narnia baf )

and they sent me posters, goodies and 3 free tickets.

Theres nothing to lose by complaining

Misdee was very peed off because she doesn't get out much atm, and it was spoilt I did look for a member of staff afterwards but there wasn't any about. I spotted this girls and their boyfriends before the film started and thought they would be noisy because they were very noisy in the queue for the popcorn. grrrr... on saturday me and Dh went out for a meal and there was a large group of teenagers on the next table making a huge amount of noise, I think I will stay in in future.....

Agree with Sally, double complaint!! Was the film any good, annoying teenagers aside? And do you mean to say you missed "THE" breastfeeding programme??!!

sparklymieow · 02/02/2006 00:30

there used to be ushers there, to make sure no-one was too noisy, I remember getting told off for being noisy when I went there once but there isn't any anymore.

Oh the breastfeeding programme, forgot that was on... The film was ok, but not one of his best.
