Our offer in our first house ever has been accepted. Its a 3bed terrace with a really nice garden

I realllllllly hope this works out! I want to post the link to the house on rightmove, but is that too much information to post on MN about where I live?

ooh looks nice !! well done.

As a matter of interest what did you think of the kitchen - the units look fairly similar to ours but I think it is putting off viewers even though it is pretty neutral.

Smurfgirl · 01/02/2006 17:58

In the picture I was not keen, in real life I thought it was nice, it was clean, bright and it had lots of cupboard space.

£87 K

You would not get a garden shed for that around here.

Enjoy your new home.

spacecadet · 01/02/2006 18:01

what a perfect little lovenest
all the best.

LadySherlockofLGJ · 01/02/2006 18:01

OK....... Maybe that is a slight exaggeration.

Smurfgirl · 01/02/2006 18:03

It is Hull though! Not the best area but full of young people, near my boyfriends job, near uni and the hospital for me, so fab!

JoolsToo · 01/02/2006 18:05

LadySherlockofLGJ · 01/02/2006 18:06

Best feeling in the world, walking into your own home.

After giving birth that is.

SPARKLER1 · 01/02/2006 18:07

Looks lovely. That is an absolute bargain. Houses down here in the south are terribly expensive. Congrats!

bettythebuilder · 01/02/2006 18:48

My mate used to live on Sharp Street (if it's the one off Newland Ave.)
I love that area, you can buy anything you could ever want all in the space of a few blocks!
Congrats on the house.
