One of DS1's playschool pals mums was taken in for an emergency c-section on Sunday pm. Baby is very poorly. The cord was wrapped around him, he's not feeding and is in great need of some sort of operation - which they can't give him until he's stable. Which he's not. Mum is not great either but according to her mum who I saw today she is a little brighter. Got shown a photo of the little lad, he is a beauty and looks like he should be a fighter. So I need all of the get well good luck vibes you can muster to Lincoln County Hospital right now!!

Sorry to hear that pfer hope she and he are getting better.Hope he recovers enough to have this op, the parents must be going mad with worry.

I feel so sad for them all. Mum has been pregnant for what seems an age and she has just been glowing the whole time and always seems so happy. They have all been so looking forward to this. I can't imagine what they are going through, makes me realise just how very lucky I am......

The grandma is so upset, she's looking after DS1's friend, trying to keep a normal routine for him. She said they are all just waiting, not daring too hope too much. My heart really does ache for them.

Sending lots of get well vibes Lincoln way - not too far from here so should be nice and strong when they get there.
