I am going crazy trying to use the money off promotion - I was sent an email from bounty offering the £10 when you spent £20 and even using the link from Mumsnet does not give me the promotional code. Is it as simple as putting in your email address and pressing the key or am I missing something???? Do you then get sent an e mail with the code on?

Hughsie, just tried it via this link here and it worked fine - gave me the code on screen. Why not have a go again.

Sorry to be slow - I'm on ntl and I too have e mailed John Lewis so hopefully will receive my code - I was wondering if it just was not accepting my details or if everybody had trouble - must be just a few of us then
