About 2 weeks ago I took DS1 to the cinema to see Narnia.
He asked for a popcorn bag with Alsan on and the bloke behind the counter wouldnt give him one even though we were buying stuff.
They had a comments section so I wrote on it that DS had been a little upset as he loves Aslan. It wasnt a complaint just a critism of their customer service...
Anyhow - last week I posted how fab they had been as they had sent DS a huge Narnia poster.
Then the next day a bag, some paints, some crayons and a NArnia notepad and Pencil arrived. Fab
But then the next day some more stuff arrived...
And then a letter saying they had put aside some NArnia goodies for him at the cinema...
And today, 3 free tickets and yet another apoligy letter has arrived....
Fab that they have been so nice about it but its a bit strabge wonder what Id get if I actually complained??!!
