Anyone used a one-to-one Pilates instructor?

How did you get on? Can you recommend anyone who covers the Clapham/SW4 area?

When I started Pilates I had a couple of 1:1s with the instrcuotr - in fact, i think she now doesn't let people join her classes unless they've had a 1:1 (or are already expereienced at Pilates from another instrucotr that she knows/respects).

Every so often I have another 1:1 - after I had ds for exaomple - and sometimes I share one with my Mum (I suppose I should call that a 2:1!)

I'm in Scotland, so I don't know your area - but I did find Louise throught hhe BodyControl Pilates web site, so maybe you could try there
