yes dark hair + fair skin + red dress = very dramatic!
you would have to take care with the make up though
I wanted this colour for my bridemaids but chief bridesmaid said no, I will look DEAD. which is not a good look. she is very fair though

Well, it's probably a lunch-time thing - so I know, not a very dark, dramatic time! Ah well - I've got 6 months to keep thinking - but I think I'll still go for a dress like this - although admit it'd look better for a winter dark afternoon wedding!

I'm quite pale and blond but I wore a burgundy off the shoulder bodice with cream silk roses around the neckline and a cream silk skirt for my wedding.
