Makeup for rosacea/thread vein cheeks

greetings, not a very in-depth convo, but can anyone recommend a good good foundation for use over permanent rosacea/thread vein cheeks, that won't look like I've trowled on something to cover it up Confused but I do dream of an even paler complexion [dreams]
Does the green stuff work?
My skin's generally dry these days, so not sure mineral powdery stuff'll do, but open to suggestions Smile
Cheers shallow sazza!

Spazza, it might be worth posting your question on 'Style and beauty'. Lots more traffic there to help you out.

The green concealer works but you need to apply sparingly and then put a decent coverage foundation over the top (I use Rimmel's Wake Me Up at the moment and it's decent coverage). Over the top of that I dab a little concealer and pat over the problem areas and I finish with a very light dusting of pressed powder or some kind of bronzer (I use MAC's SkinFinish and MaxFactor pressed powder). Once you get the hang of it it only takes around 3 minutes to sort it out.

I use the green concealer from the Boots Natural Collection range. Under £3 and works.

I am exactly the same skin wise

bare escentuals minerals are the business to cover redness

green stuff ime doesn't work , just gives a chalky look

go to bare minerals counter to get colour matched

I use Bare minerals Light matte at the moment and in summer medium beige.

Also I use the bisque concealer to cover doozy of a vein on my cheek and nose.

good routine of moisturiser and gentle enzyme exfoliater to sort out the dryness
also a good primer helps as well

minerals is the only foundation I have found that actually looks natural close up

I do a magnifying mirror test and have tried all the top brands
