Help! DS stood on my wireless network antenna! Will any make work with my router?

I bought my wireless router/antenna about 2 years ago, and you can't get exactly the same one any more (from the High St anyway). Would any USB antenna work with my wireless router?

I'm using my mum's iBook, which has Airport, and that works OK, so I'm hoping against hope that I can just go and buy A.N.Other wireless USB adapter ....

Advice anyone?
