Moral Dilema - Do I tell I'm Preggers?

Just need a bit of advice really, I went for an interview today for a small P/T job in an estate agents on a sunday. I didn't tell them I was 5 months pregnant (you can't really tell) but if they phone and offer me the job should I tell them then?

I know I'm under no legal obligation to do so but its just tricky...hmmmmmm - any advice?

Well done Spikeycat! it isn't an easy thing to go to tribunal, so I'm extra glad that you won! I assume it was a fairly short hearing as the evidence was pretty clear cut?

I wouldn't go to the press - you might get criticised or something - you can't always control the reaction. Just enjoy the money!

thanks everyone - I think its more a moral victory than anything else - was quite nerve wracking and when I got home that evening I thought it had sent me in to labour (2 weeks to go for me!)

Still, am pleased I did it, the woman that interviewed me for the job was there and she made her self look a real bitch, I said to DP I was glad I never had to work for her, sheep in wolfs clothing that one! ha ha ha

I'm SO pleased to hear this. I hope the woman's ashamed of herself. Even if she wasn't they won't do that again in a hurry and it will make a difference to women who work or apply there after you.
