I don't have any friends who are seperated/divorced
have one close friend on her second marriage
thats' it

only one wedding Ive been to has ended in divorce (other than mine)

I dont know anyone else my age group

Except for my brother* no one I know is getting divorced...
However I know several kids in my kids' school are from divorced parents.

One of my dbs has split up from his wife but I don't think any of my friends have divorced. Can't think of any offhand.

stopped posting on the one with my name because it felt rather egotistical with my name in the title

also have changed my name purely cos the others whos husbands have left made me wonder whether my H was secretly logging onto MN himself & having a look at what Ive been saying...not that I have said anything that I wouldnt or havent said to him

I read something recently that said that divorce rates in the UK were at somethine like 40% !

In my daughters class she is the only one in a 1-parent family although 2 others are with step-dads( and mums)
I was the only one to marry out of my group of friendds and the only one to divorce
