I can't remember, is it just the backwards facing one?

I need to do as a one off for one journey

No - I think airbags are dangerous until they are adult height. Depends on the emergency?

daisy1999 · 20/01/2006 11:42

no. airbags should not be used with children at all as far as I am aware.

The picture on the airbag thing only shows a child in a rear facing seat with a x through

I'd disable the airbag if at all possible. As a one-off, if I had to, I'd do this ... I guess. Make sure the seat is as far back as you can make it.

Airbags are really dangerous. They sometimes kill small women (under 5 feet).

CountessDracula · 20/01/2006 11:43

ok I shan't do it

here you go

Just checked on the AA website - its an absolute no no for rear facing, and strongly advised against for small adults and children between 3-16 because of potential injury. Airbags come out with a crushing blow. I'd do it if it was a crisis...
