We're having a guy out next week to come and have a look at the house and probably do some plans.
Atm our house is a 2 bed semi but is the corner of a cul-de-sac so we have some land to the side, which is where we want the extension to go.
We're thinking 2 storey so as to create a new lounge and 3rd bedroom.
It seems such a mammoth task but could well be a cheaper option than moving home which would be a shame as we quite like it here.
I'd just like to know if those of you that have had one, have any pearls of wisdom?
Would you have done things any differently?
And if you don't mind me asking what did you have done and how much did youhave to fork out all in all?
Any advice on this would be great.
