Couldn't resist putting that as the title

Seriously, I've just been reading in a (very old) magazine that over 70% of women wear the wrong bra size and I'm sure I'm amongst them because I never feel properly supported. I couldn't face going to a shop to be measured - just wondered if anyone knows how to actually determine what size to buy, or is it just a case of keep trying different sizes till I get the right one?

Oh, you must get measured, NAAM, what have you done in the past, do you just guess? They are very sweet and respectful of your privacy in most shops, you don't have to strip right off or anything. Does it just make you feel very shy?

lol mmh

Franny, yes I've always just guessed. I just don't think I could, erm, get them out in front of a complete stranger but are you saying I wouldn't have to take my bra off?

If you dont have padding/push up etc..you should be able to leave your bra on, yes.

Go to John Lewis, v v good and much better than M&S. A whole group of girlfriends went together and we discovered we were all wearing the wrong size!

No - they measure over your existing bra.

Just dont wear a grubby grey falling apart lace one

I have no clue what size i am now as i have been b/feeding for 9 months and may have got bigger or smaller since the outset.

M&S are ok, they measure over your bra and then go off and get a selection for you to try on.
