Apparently terrorism has been ruled out as the cause.

My dh thinks I'm mad when I say I worried about flying to Spain in four weeks time. I was scared of flying before but now I feel sick just thinking about it. I think I'm more worried about something happening to ds. When the WTC happened I couldn't get out of my head that poor woman with a little girl on one of the planes. What she must have been going through knowing her daughter wasn't going to grow up and do all the things in life she should have. It makes me cry even now. Any ideas on how to get on the plane and reach the other end in a sober and sane state?

I dislike flying too, and used Rescue Remedy last time, which really helped. It's a Bach flower remedy, available from your chemist or health food store. HTH!

i recommend Valium and a large vodka. It worked last time I was shoehorned onto a plane.

A friend of mine went to a hynotist and reckoned it worked wonders!

I used Rescue Remedy when I flew to Austrialia, Im sure it helped.

Valium is okay if I'm flying on my own - not so good if I have to deal with someone besides myself!
