Here goes.

I am creating a presentation in powerpoint. I want to include in the presentation a chart that someone has emailed me, but the chart is in PDF format. So it's not simply a case oy copying and pasting. I've tried to insert a hyperlink but it's not working.

Any help appreciated.

Thanx

Have you tried copy and pasting into a word or excel file first?

Northerner · 14/11/2003 16:55

I can't. Because it's a PDF document it won't let me copy it.

Do you need to just show the graoh or do you have to do anything to the data?

If you just want to show the graph you could cheat. Load the PDF file up, do a print screen of the graph. In word, paste the screen shot in, then crop down so that you onlt have the graph left. Then you can copy and paste it into PowerPoint.
