Top Marks to Mattel!

Dd(4) was given a Fairytopia Barbie for her birthday and within minutes of it being opened, dh managed to step on one of the bits and break it . I emailed Mattels helpline yesterday to ask if we could get a replacement part, and they don't make them, but have sent out a whole new doll!!!

thats really good. I love it when companies come through and quickly.

We've just wrote a letter to the company in Holland who made our fake christmas tree.

it was a really nice one and cost quite a bit. this year, when I put it up, it was falling apart in my hands. some kind of corrosion by the looks of it.

We wrote a letter and took pictures and they responded with a letter within a week simply saying, send the the receipt and we'll put the cash straight into your bank account!! We were over the moon.
