Was working for a well paid job when I went on MAT leave...paid for 9 months...had to leave due to shop closing etc. wasn't disappointed as have a new job. I am however not paying tax as I only work 17 hours a month. According to NI I have not contributed enough to recieve JSA (when I was looking for work) or income based as DH works too many hours. So as we are ttc...when I go on MAT leave...would I be entitled to any MAT pay?
Someone said I could find out how much I need to pay on my 'stamp'. I am baffled by all this...but would be so grateful for any advice.
I do not claim any benefits...only recieved Child Benefit. Thank you
