I am consumed with curiosity abut who these people are!! PLease dont change your names Its so boring when we have no idea. Surley the whole internet thing is that its ananymous.

I've got two names, the other one only used for very personal stuff, I've only used the other one two or three times - is that what you mean tigermoth? Sorry if that freaks you out - just feel the need to be a bit more anonymous sometimes! There's nothing sinister about it.

I've got two names as well (not this one!). I don't use one of them much but it is mostly for really trivial stuff. Under my usual name I post on one area that is quite serious and gives away a lot about my life. I'm quite well known in this serious area and I think people could work out who I am and I don't want them to know everything about me, e.g. fave tv progs, views on royal family etc. I worry that I'm not as freely anonymous as many other MNers unless I have 2 names.

I have never used another name as I really couldn't give a flying fuck who reads anything about me or what I have written. Whats the point. If any of you ever meet me, you will find that I am what I am and there's no point in trying to be anyone else. I also like the fact that on MN there is pretty much total honesty. I like that.
