When I first met mine I walked through the door. I said hello etc, and then I said something quietly about the journey and what time we departed. She said 'Did you say you farted?' and looked concerned- to the whole family. No... i said. Oh, she said. Que awkward silence and her sort of sniffing the air.
Another time she was staying over and went to the loo. She came back holding my tablets saying 'who's are these? Who is taking them?'
Other half just looked at me.
Oh hello, nosey!!
And finally she said she saw a psychic who said that 'she could tell i loved my son very much and i feel as if he is a million miles away from me.' (Starts to well up.) Son is 26. We live 40 miles away.
