Glad you spotted him! A friend of mine from Uni designs the set for Pop Idol and had a spare ticket and as dh is addicted to reality TV he was the lucky recipient. Also, he had to be at the studio at 5.15pm which is not great timing for toddler and baby So I'm at home, just about to watch About A Boy on Sky, hooray.

Am I the only Chris fan? Having read the other pop idol thread, I think I must be! Dh and I just love his voice, although he wasn't very good last night - bad choice of song. He's so quirky looking, I hope he stays in a bit longer. We reckon Roxanne will win, Andy second. And Michelle needs to sort her outfits out.

I cannot believe Chris is your favourite, he completly freaks me out, I just have to walk out of the room when he comes on, was so surprised he was safe this week, obviously you are not alone!! My favourite is Suzanne, its a shame she can only sing in one tempo, but her voice is very different. Poor Michelle, imagine having to put up being known as the "fat one" and now she is known as the "bad dresser", her voice is very good though, so who knows what the future will hold. Did you notice Simon Cowell was on his best behaviour this week as his Mrs was just sitting behind him, she looks lovely, I don't know what she sees in him apart from ££££££££££££££

simon has got a nice arse shame he talks out of it most of the time.Can you imagine him going home and critisizing her housework and cooking.

I think that Simon has improved actually - his criticism is usually constructive and he doesn't say as many horrid things as he used to - I think Foxy is the dim one - he hasn't really got a clue and says they're great when they're completely off key.

I agree Dahlia. Foxy is emerging as quite cruel I think. He has been quite cruel to Michelle. Cruel in a stupid way. I think Simon is cruel in a more charming way.

Exactly - like the way foxy keeps mentioning Michelle's size - so irrelevant.

Did anyone turn over to ITV2 after? (I know!!) I just like to see what 'the panel' think of the decision. Anyway, they showed a clip of street interviews asking people what they thought of Simon. Most said he was alright and it was good he spoke his mind. Not many said they didn't like him.

He wears awful boots mind and has done for the past two weeks, you know those winkle picker type, but they don't suit him.

Did you know Simon has earnt 33 million just this year?!!
