care to give me some advice?
Had some feedback today from the night supervisor - says I'm doing very well............BUT (there's always one isn't there LOL) I need to be a bit quicker washing and dressing the residents.
I know it's something I really need to work on - as I'm painfully aware of the time ticking by - it generally takes me 15-30 (sometimes 40 for one man) minutes to wash and dress them and get them in their chair - depending on their level of mobility and how much they are able to assist. All the other staff take from about 10-20 minutes.
What can I do to make it quicker - obviously some of it just comes through with time - but it still seems to take me for ever [frown]
