Just want to know whether anyone thinks my dd is teething?

Shes 23 weeks, constantly has bright red cheeks and is dribbling. have to leave a bib on practically all day to stop her clothes getting soaking wet. she also seems to bite alot on her fingers and has started to do it with her dummy now too. tried to give her teething rings, but they dont seem to interest her...
she seems to cry abit more, but dont know whether that has anything to do with it.

does anyone know any other signs that goes with teething? tia

Other signs can be extra squitty bottom.....however it does sound to me like she's teething, I recommend nelsons teething powders & bonjella/calgel.

Could be teething, but I think it's also the time that the saliva glands start to work isn't it?

My DS started like this - red cheeks, chewing and dribbling at around 8 weeks I seem to recall, and then cut his first tooth at 7 months!

They're all different though, so it could well be teething - you might notice that one cheek is redder than the other if so, and I have seen someone else say that the poo smells quite "vomity" if its related to teething.

could well be.

Ds often seems to have a runny nose to go with the runny bum . He didn't particularly get the rosy cheeks until his molars were coming through, but your dd's dribbling and chewing definitely sounds like teething.

Ds had a high temperature with the first few teeth as well, although obv you shouldn't assume a fever is teething as it might be something more serious...

sounds like teething to me... she may also run a small fever too.
