Best Antivirus?

My norton antivirus has just run out but i'm wary of renewing it if a better anitvirus program is out there.

Any ideas on the best antivirus program out there?

i think norton is pretty good personally, but ive also heard good things about MCAFEE, i have stayed with norton though.

I was told Norton uses up alot of the memory. I'm with Panda now and they seem to be okay. I will be renewing it in May.

I've never heard of Panda.. Can you tell me a bit more about them?

norton & mcaffee are good. panda does not have such a good reputation.

which one would you recommend out of Norton or Mcafee?

AVG - it's free and is very good.

AVG is a good free one.Nod32 is a very good but you have to pay for that one F Secure is supposed to be pretty good as well, if you go line for Nod32 do not believe what they say where they tell you its hard to use because its very easy, its what Bill Gates (microsoft boss) uses to protect his pc's. As for norton its slow and uses alot of resourses mcafee is a joke Panda is worth a look as well
