Help - just had an email from paypal...

Saying I have changed my email address. I havent.

What should I do???

Another way of telling these mails are spoofs is to run your cursor over any links (WITHOUT clicking). The website address should show up in the bottom bar as you do this and is never anything like paypal at all.
