Steam iron generator question

how to clean inside the box (generator?) as everytime i shoot out the steam there are bits coming out of the iron soleplate

(ive lost the instructions book)

You can buy stuff to put in it, think it's for limescale or something. Not sure if you could get away with white vinegar?

thye are brillant as you just go over the item once and there is loads of steam coming out of it - fab, fab... but i need to clean my iron out and dont know how!

do you not have any books that come with it?if not get the makers name they must have a helpline.
