Has any one booked with TICKETMASTER before?

I booked some tickets through ticketmaster about a month or two ago to go and see Elton John in July this year. I haven't received any tickets as yet. I am going to try and contact them tomorrow when I find all the details.
Do you think they may come nearer the time? The amount has been charged to my credit card.

I have - and I think the tickets arrived only a week or so before the event. If it's in July they may not have printed them yet? I'd check though - to be on the safe side.

I have booked a few things with them and didn't get the tickets until much nearer the time - a few weeks in fact. Worth a call to check though, if it puts your mind at rest.

I've used them in the past. The tickets probably aren't even printed yet - you'll probably receive them a couple of weeks before at the earliest.

I normally book things just a week or 2 in advance so the tickets usually arrive within a few days of booking. They should have informed you when you would receive the tickets.

Oh it was one of those recorded messages, press 1 for blah 2 for blah, say your postcode after the tone etc etc etc etc. I was worried that I might not have booked it properly when I eventually put the phone down. They must have got some information though - they've taken my money!!!

Don't worry Ticket master are a large ligit company, often the official ticket sellar for many venues.
