I feel for you - My boys are bad sleepers and I sometimes decide its easier to wait up until they inevitably wake up at 2.30am instead of being woken up because sometimes that seems worse iyswim.

I am sober tonight though! First and last time i have ever been drunk on mn (i think!) and next time i will make sure the pc is off

Did my ds used to write to your ds or am I getting him mixed up with someone else?

FWIW I used to take melatonin when I did a lot of travelling transatlantic for the jet lag
it is available over the counter in the US (or used to be) and I researched it and I was happy to take it at the time
it is considered a food supplement over there iirc

not for me. my computer stool is broken so i am sitting on the floor with my keyboard and mouse balanced on the remains of the stool, and i am so low that i have neck ache from staring up at the screen.

yet i am still here.

but it is so lonely in the middle of the night and if i just sit here i get low!!!

well it was more like drawing pictures (and in my ds's case scribbles) do you think he would like to get post? Ds loves colouring and posting things so just say if we can send some your way (who on earth did he write to then?? then was 3 or 4 people...)
