Scallywags Agency

Has anyone have any experience with scallywags. I understand that they are a reputable agency. My question is. Why would a reputable agency be charging 200 pound fees if they are supposedly one of the top ones out there. Surely they would make enough from commission.

My little ones just been accepted to ElizabethSmith, they charge £180 AND you have to get photos done! Think it's pretty standard to charge.
Elizabeth Smith are the best in the business but I jusst can't afford it! He's just signed to Starfish models who charge £135, but its taken off any money you earn so if you don't get work, you don't pay!
