My sister bought dd1 about a dozen pairs of socks a fortnight ago, I now have a grand total of four pairs the others are all on their lonesome. Maddeningly dd1 refuses to wear odd socks, pulling them off and flinging them about going 'no mummy dd1 wants same ones'.
Happily dd2 is content to walk about with odd socks on her hands but that is not the point. Dd1 only has four pairs of socks now, how are we to get through the rest of winter????? I am positive the four remaining pairs are itching to join their errant relatives in the black sock hole arrrrgghhhhhh.....
