but how much faster do they cook than non-fan ovens? can't work out how long to leave in our supper! ta.

I turn mine down 10 degrees or knock 10-15 minutes off

No clue. Take it out before it burns though or it'll be crap

How's DS - have been thinking of you today.

If it's something that requires eg 30 mins of cooking after pre-heating in a normal oven, I just stick things straight in from cold and they are usually done-ish after 30 mins without the pre-heating.

If they normally need a shorter time then they take a bit longer from cold.

Hunker, ds seems to have perked up a bit since this morning...very snotty so maybe it's just a cold thing. urine test results from last week are due back tomorrow so that is a relief (kind of!)

Oh, thank goodness - hope it's just a coldy thing and he's on the mend now. Worrying though - I know what it's like as, as you know, I have temperature boy for a DS...!

I'm OK - writing my birth plan, wondering whether I have got everything I need for hospital and trying to make sure that I get it all in the bag before I go into labour! Will pack tonight, I think.

Baby currently has hiccups - again! DS being hilarious atm, talking loads and noticing everything - I love this age!

Absolutely - I hate it when DS gets another temp. Never truly relax because he seems to get about one a month Am really hoping that now all his teeth are through (till the toddler molars...!) he'll ease off the temps though.

Am v excited to meet this baby - can't believe it'll be so soon! In a fortnight or so, I'll be hunkermumtotwo!
