iwent and reseved a toy for ds and when i got there they gave me somthing diffrent, so came home went on web site reseved at an other shop not even in my town,got a friend to pick it up and there done it again, i think am gona put a cmplain in ,do you think i should??

yes because their computer system is obviously screwed up !

What about ringing the store and seeing if they could find it in their stock room. (porb unlikely)

Poor delivery - but it was for furniture I think.

You might have done this but,the only other thing I could suggest you do is, go back to the store, order the item in store and when they present it, say that this isn't the item in the book and see if they can find it.

What is it you wanted anyway. Can you get it from anywhere else.
